Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GrangeRN handles information through this website, its calculation practice tool and its contact form.

Adults age 18 and older

GrangeRN is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Please submit the contact form only if you are 18 or older. We do not ask for a date of birth or operate an age-verification process.

If you believe someone under 18 has submitted personal information, email hello@grangern.com so we can investigate and remove the information from records under our control, subject to applicable legal obligations. We will address relevant provider-held copies through the available provider controls.

Information you send

The Contact Us form asks for your name, email address and comment. We use these details to receive and respond to your message. You can also email hello@grangern.com directly; your email provider and Google Workspace process that correspondence.

Please do not include identifiable patient information, confidential student records, protected examination content, passwords or other sensitive information in a message.

Contact form processing

When you select Send message, the form sends your entries to Formspree. Formspree processes the submission, applies spam filtering, stores an archive and sends an email notification to hello@grangern.com, an alias of the GrangeRN Google Workspace inbox. Formspree may also process technical request information, including IP address, browser information and submission time, to operate the service and prevent abuse.

The current free Formspree plan keeps its submission archive for up to 30 days. Email copies are separate from that archive and may remain in the GrangeRN inbox. We have not established a fixed mailbox deletion period. A successful form acknowledgment confirms that Formspree accepted the submission; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response.

Calculation practice

Question selections, answers, quiz scores, timers and calculator entries are handled in the open browser tab. The practice tool does not submit those entries to GrangeRN or maintain a student record. Reloading or closing the tab clears the attempt. It does not use local storage or session storage to save your progress.

Read Aloud runs only when you choose it. Your browser, selected voice and speech service handle speech processing; their operation may vary by device and voice.

Hosting and private access

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver pages, operate the service and investigate errors, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, request time and security events.

The current review site requires ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to its owner. The hosting platform handles authentication and access control. It can process account identifiers, email address and sign-in/session information. GrangeRN’s current static page code does not create its own visitor account or store a directory of visitors. Private owner authentication is separate from the learning activities.

Cookies, browser storage and tracking

GrangeRN’s current page code does not set marketing cookies, run advertising pixels or install an analytics service. It does not write practice answers or contact messages to browser local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. Form entries remain on the open page while you complete them or correct an error.

This does not mean that no cookies or similar technologies are ever involved. ChatGPT sign-in, hosting and security providers may use cookies or other session technologies for authentication, access control and security. Formspree processes a request when you submit the form. External providers’ own websites may use their own cookies and tracking.

You can manage cookies and stored website data in your browser. Blocking authentication or security technologies may prevent access to the private review site. No optional advertising or analytics tracking is currently enabled in GrangeRN’s page code.

External links and videos

YouTube videos and Faculty Hub resources open on external websites. The current site links to YouTube rather than embedding a player. Following a link makes a request to that provider, which handles your information under its own policies. We do not control those websites or their cookies.

Newsletters, comments and purchases

The current site has no connected newsletter signup, public comment system or checkout. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. If these features are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain their actual processing before they are enabled.

Use, sharing and protection

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, maintain the website and address misuse. Information is processed by the service providers described above for those purposes. We do not sell contact messages or use the current website to share personal information for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or website security.

We limit access to administrative tools and use the providers’ security features. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please share only information needed for your inquiry.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@grangern.com. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable legal or security obligations. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you. Requests concerning a provider’s own account data should also be directed to that provider.
